DLC's classes begin at 8:00 a.m. , 10:00 a.m. , 3:00 p.m. , 5:00 p.m.
Classes are on odd days or even days. Each term takes 2 months, 3 days
per week with 2 hours a day, totally 24 sessions.
At the end of each term students are issued a report card with a score
for written and oral skills studied.
In addition, an overall pass/fail grade is kept on record.
About one week after starting the term, DLC's registration file is
usually opened for registering or reserving the students for a new term.

The fee of each term yearly determined once by the Ministry of Education
in recognition of 45 minutes.
The students are required to pay only according to approved fee.
